Outsourcing Services: Having a strategy and individual point solutions to support the strategy are important, but sometimes organizations need help implementing the strategy and solutions. They might need consultants, project managers, designers, developers, administrative support, or some combination of help. Through our Managed Services Group, we are able to provide you with the turn-key resources you need to drive organizational initiatives to completion. We provide various levels of management oversight to match your needs as they evolve over time.

• Level 1 - Staff Augmentation: With this type of engagement, we temporarily place individual resources who will work (typically onsite) on a short-term (1 week to 3 months), medium-term (3 months to 9 months), or long-term (1 year or more) basis as well as permanent placements. With staff augmentation, we provide the resources, and you provide day-to-day direction. Your PDG Account Manager checks in with you on to ensure that the people we provide are achieving the desired service levels. A PDG Managed Services representative maintains regular contact with the resource, acting as a handler and as a coach, and intervenes at your request to address any issues or concerns. All Managed Services onsite personnel receive this level of management oversight at a minimum.
• Level 2 - Managed Service: As the name implies, with this type of engagement, PDG provides onsite oversight and management of resources. That engagement manager supervises, schedules, monitors, coaches, and trains any PDG onsite personnel who are part of this engagement. You would still provide considerable day-to-day direction for those PDG personnel, but you would have an onsite PDG resource to manage the resource. In this model, PDG takes on a larger role in terms of managing the people and their work day-to-day.
• Level 3 - Learning Business Process Outsourcing: With a BPO, PDG takes full responsibility for anything related to achieving the agreed-upon service level goals. We provide a team of resources with their own management structure in place (with one or more managers), and that team makes day-to-day decisions about how to staff the engagement, how to improve service levels, how to run things more efficiently and effectively, and how to manage the resources in terms of day-to-day direction, operational oversight, scheduling, and evaluating as well as providing coaching, training, and professional development. Basically, you get your own on-site PDG branch office.

Facilitation Services: We can provide facilitators to help you deliver classroom, virtual classroom, or virtual world training events. Our training coordinators can handle all of the logistics involved in scheduling events, booking facilities, catering, printing, shipping, and event management. We can facilitate custom courses as well as packaged programs. In addition, we can provide train-the-trainer facilitation and certification.

Hosting Services: We are able to host learning technologies through our Learning Management System and server capabilities, providing both the systems administration and the back-end reporting to suit your needs.
