Dan Henry is the Senior Director, Centers of Excellence, Innovation, and Learning Solutions at PDG. With more than 20 years of learning and development experience, Dan has led teams focused on learning strategy, instructional design and development, performance improvement, measurement and evaluation, and learning technology. Prior to joining PDG, Dan was Vice President and Sr. Learning Principal with Conduent Learning Services (formerly Xerox), where he led Conduent’s team of instructional design resources, with responsibility for the overall development, creation, direction, and leadership for a global team of 300 employees.

Prior to joining Xerox, Dan led Intrepid Learning’s team of instructional designers and learning consultants, and had overall responsibility for Intrepid’s eLearning design and development practice. Prior to joining Intrepid, Dan served as Vice President of Learning & Development for HSBC, North America’s Global Payments & Cash Management division. Dan holds a B.A. degree in English with a concentration in Technical Writing from the University of Delaware.
