This animated simulation provides a welcoming overview of workplace safety that helps learners understand how their behaviors affect themselves, their co-workers, and their customers. Each interactive segment includes a tabulated assessment.
REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR SIMULATION
This simulation helped RSDs in a Specialty Pharmaceutical division learn how to balance the business requirements of their job with coaching and optimizing their sales team. The multi-episode simulation was structures like a television series, complete with previews and cliffhanger endings.

This complex medical simulation is one of five assessments for natal nurses who needed to demonstrate proficiency with equipment used to monitor the health of expectant mothers.

This “Twilight Zone”-themed simulation uses a fun concept to help illustrate the important skill of effective team coaching. Allowing manager to practice their coaching skills in the simulation made real-life coaching less intimidating.
