Welcome to the Performance Minute from the Performance Development Group. Coaching feedback has a shelf life. Here's the old pattern. A manager rides along on Monday and the written feedback lands Friday, scribbled from memory. By then, the rep barely remembers the call. That delay used to be unavoidable because writing it up was the slowest part of coaching.

It's not anymore. AI can turn a few rough notes into specific, usable feedback in minutes. So set one standard with your managers: same day, then next day. Give the verbal feedback in the car right after the call while it's still fresh. That night, drop your notes into a tool and have it draft the written summary. Send it inside of 24 hours.

The rep gets the record while the call is still real to them. This is when feedback changes behavior. Feedback delivered next week is a report. Delivered the next day, it's coaching. This is Performance Minute from the Performance Development Group. I'll see you next time.
