Candidate Engagement Process

We aim to provide every candidate a positive, engaging, and honest experience. Each job description includes the hiring process so that you know what to expect at each step.


Application Review

We understand the urgency and anticipation that comes with submitting an application. That’s why we typically respond to applications within 48 hours from submission.
To ensure impartiality throughout our evaluation process, we use standard questioning techniques. This consistency not only preserves the integrity of our hiring practices, but also guarantees each potential candidate is given the same opportunities to showcase their abilities.

Interviewing Sequence

We use scripted questions and scorecards for each interview to ensure fairness. Our interview process incudes:

  1. PDG Talent Acquisition team member performs inital screening
  2. PDG Hiring Manager performs in-depth interview
  3. Candidates may be moved on to panel interviews which may contain an exercise where the candidate can showcase their design or solutioning skills.

Making an Offer

Full-Time Candidates–If you’re chosen for one of our positions, you’ll receive a verbal offer. We then follow up with a comprehensive offer packet so understand your role, responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.

Contract Candidates–If you’re brought on as a contractor, you’ll receive a contract that outlines your responsibilities. We keep you updated with upcoming work and engage on a project-by-project basis.
