After spending 30 years in biopharma, Ratican steps into his role at PDG primed to build fresh, engaging, and effective sales performance solutions that meet the challenges of today’s commercial teams.
During his career, Ratican spent almost 25 years at Amgen Inc., where he held impactful roles with increasing leadership and global responsibilities in learning and development, marketing, and product management. Most recently, he founded e(three) Consulting LLC, a boutique performance solutions company serving start-ups and Fortune 100 companies.
