A global life sciences company needed to create a solution providing a consistent experience throughout the first 90-days of onboarding.
 
The onboarding experience needed to be easy, personal, and empowering. This solution would enable new hires to make an impact right away, helping to build connections to each other and the company’s mission. Most of all, it would leave teams inspired to improve the lives of people with cancer.
Blending a Solution for Success

PDG designed and created a blended solution consisting of instructor-led training, virtual binders, a manager support guide, and e-Learning courses. The focus was to ensure we created an experience where:

  • Core content for the enterprise was self-paced
  • The business unit had the capacity to own, tailor, and update contents needed
  • New hires, transfers, and leadership had the ability to navigate and watch the first 90-days
  • Technology was easy to access and progress was tracked
